October 15: Hunt Seat Equitaion class through the 4H. Everyone welcome. 5-9 p.m. (time includes set up and clean up) class begins ~ 6 p.m.

November 8 & 9: MJC Barrel Race Arena opens 9AM. Time only at 10AM. Race begins 11AM. Stalls available on grounds. Mary Jo Carlson, Producer.

Reserving the Indoor Arena
The facility is available for practice sessions and other informal events on a first-come, first served basis. Please call 307-276-3737 for reservations.

If you wish to schedule a community or for-profit event,
please reserve your date as soon as possible.

When reserving, please remember that use of this facility has grown dramatically in the last few years. Please reserve time only if you plan to use it, so that everyone who wishes to use the barn can do so.

If demand exceeds the time available, the board will meet
and come up with a new way to try to accommodate everyone.
Let's all work together to make this a great and fun facility for all users.

Token Machine

There is a token machine in the building which will allow anyone to turn on the lights. The token rate is $5 which will turn on the lights for one hour. These tokens are available in the concession area of the Ag Center (no longer available at the Mini Mart/Loaf 'N Jug or Cowboy Shop.) You may put in more than one token at a time. (ex: If you are going to be in the barn for three hours you may put in 3 tokens to keep the lights on for the entire time without  them shutting off). You do have to put tokens in one at a time.

Please insert the tokens slowly and with ease!!
